The Joico K-Pak Professional Cuticle Sealer is a dual-action pH neutralizer that smoothes and tightens the cuticle, ensuring a perfect lock of curl and color. Its low pH formula reduces swelling caused by chemical treatments such as dyes, bleaches, straighteners, and perms, deactivating and eliminating ammonia and peroxide residues while also removing perm odors. With a perfect balance of essential amino acids, this sealer quickly adheres and guarantees maximum protection and reconstruction from the cuticle to the cortex. Ideal for use after K-Pak Clarify Chelating Shampoo and before applying K-Pak Reconstruct Deep Penetrating Reconstructor.
